FenixUz is an unofficial, open-source Telegram client developed by VipAds LLC. It uses the same MTProto 2.0 protocol as the official Telegram app and connects to the same servers. The differences lie in the interface, additional features, and localization.

No. FenixUz has no official partnership with Telegram FZ-LLC. We use the open API published by Telegram and the GPL-2.0+ licensed source code they have permitted. The "Telegram" name and logo are the property of Telegram FZ-LLC.

No. We do not own any backend servers. Your messages are sent directly to Telegram's servers (api.telegram.org) over an encrypted channel. We only write the application code and do not participate in storage, transmission, or monitoring processes.

FenixUz uses permissions such as Internet, Microphone, Camera, Storage, Contacts, Location, Notifications, and Bluetooth β€” each tied to a specific feature and optional. The full list and explanations are available on the Permissions page.

FenixUz is completely free. There are no advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Telegram Premium features are purchased through Telegram itself, and they also work in FenixUz.

Secret chats are protected by end-to-end encryption based on the Diffie-Hellman algorithm. Keys are stored only on your device and your conversation partner's device. These messages are not stored on Telegram's servers or in FenixUz infrastructure.

No "migration" process is required β€” because both apps connect to the same Telegram account. Install FenixUz, enter your phone number, confirm the SMS code or two-step password β€” all your chats and contacts will appear immediately.

Yes, absolutely. Telegram allows the same account to run on up to 10 devices/clients in parallel. You can use the official Telegram app and FenixUz at the same time.

FenixUz is not intended for children under 13 (in accordance with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements). Users aged 13–17 must use it with parental consent. See the Children's Privacy page for detailed information.
