FenixUz is not intended for children under 13 years of age. This page explains our compliance with COPPA, GDPR-K and other applicable laws.
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, USA) and GDPR Article 8 (EU), FenixUz is not designed for children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
To use FenixUz you must be at least 13 years of age. If the legislation of your country sets a higher age (for example, 16 under GDPR-K), you must have reached that age. Persons aged 13 (or the applicable age) to 17 may use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

FenixUz never displays advertising or marketing aimed at children. There is no advertising or in-app purchases within the application (these are all managed by Telegram, and we monitor Telegram's compliance with its children's privacy policy).
