Children's Privacy Policy

01Age limit

To use FenixUz you must be at least 13 years of age. If the legislation of your country sets a higher age (for example, 16 under GDPR-K), you must have reached that age. Persons aged 13 (or the applicable age) to 17 may use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

03Parental rights

If you become aware that your child is under the applicable age limit and is using our application:

1. Delete the account immediately: via Telegram at my.telegram.org/deactivate.
2. Notify us: send an email to privacy@fenixuz.uz with the subject "Underage Account Removal".
3. Required information: a parent's/guardian's identity document and details of the child's account.

We process the request within 5 business days and send you a confirmation.

04Identifying a child account

We attempt to identify child users through the following indicators:

• Initial verifications performed by Telegram;
• User profile and behaviour (for example, a parent's complaint);
• External notifications (school, family members, government authorities).

However, we do not actively verify age, since doing so would itself require the collection of additional personal information.

05Data deletion

Once a child account is identified, we will:

• Suspend the account immediately;
• Delete the push token from Firebase;
• Remove anonymous analytics data in batch;
• Send a deletion request to Telegram FZ-LLC;
• Record the incident in the audit log.

06Marketing and advertising

FenixUz never displays advertising or marketing aimed at children. There is no advertising or in-app purchases within the application (these are all managed by Telegram, and we monitor Telegram's compliance with its children's privacy policy).
